Team Leadership & Development


  • Build and mentor a high-performing Customer Engineering team—recruit top talent, foster professional growth, and create a culture of technical excellence and client advocacy

  • Assess team readiness and identify skill gaps—develop comprehensive training programs ensuring your engineers possess the technical acumen and consultative skills to excel

  • Establish performance metrics and success criteria—implement processes that drive continuous improvement and measurable client outcomes

  • Collaborate with Sales and CE management—determine optimal staffing levels to support business objectives, establish job requisitions, and lead interview processes to build world-class teams

Strategic Client Engagement


  • Partner with Sales leadership—identify, qualify, and prioritize coverage for high-value business opportunities that align with our strategic priorities

  • Lead opportunity assessment meetings—provide technical insights and guidance to secure complex deals and ensure technical success

  • Navigate cross-functional collaboration—work seamlessly with Account Teams, Customer Support, Product Management, Customer Solutions, and Engineering to resolve critical product issues affecting client satisfaction

Market Leadership

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline—or equivalent practical experience demonstrating technical proficiency

  • 2+ years of experience managing technical teams in cloud computing environments or comparable customer-facing technical leadership roles
