- Job Description:
- Create high-quality, clear, actionable, “must-have insights” and written content in Enterprise Risk Management
- Research, analyze and predict ERM trends and shifts and provide clients with actionable insights
- Conduct research and analysis in Risk Management and produce innovative, thought-leading, impactful, analytically deep, fact-based research
- Apply critical thinking skills to de-construct and frame challenging client questions
- Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice via virtual or face-to-face interactions
- Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events, industry and professional association conferences, and client briefings
- Actively participate in innovation, ideation and research efforts to discuss research issues; Collaborate effectively with peers in the Assurance community.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in ERM and related areas
- Deep knowledge of the ERM leader (or Chief Risk Officer) role as well as an industry perspective
- Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
- Superior analytical skills while applying conceptual models and recognizing patterns
- Strong organizational skills: ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables
- Executive presence; credibility with executives and additional stakeholders.
