What You'll Do

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently and accurately input, process, and verify various types of critical information into our systems. You will be working with diverse documents including board orders, meeting minutes, press releases, and other important records that require careful analysis and precise data extraction.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Document Analysis: Carefully analyze incoming documents to identify and extract relevant data points for entry into our FACIS database, ensuring completeness and accuracy in all submissions.

  • Research & Verification: Conduct additional research as necessary about data sources, including contacting data authorities or appropriate oversight bodies when clarification is needed on how to interpret complex documents.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with management, peers, and stakeholders regarding data acquisition, transformation processes, and any challenges encountered during data entry.

  • Process Documentation: Clearly articulate and document data transformation processes to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing across the team.

  • Project Flexibility: Tackle additional periodical and ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

  • Independent Work Ethic: Self-motivated to work day-to-day with limited oversight, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Resource Utilization: Utilize provided resources, training materials, and knowledge bases to answer questions and resolve issues independently before seeking assistance from supervisors.

  • Quality Assurance: Meet and exceed quality and efficiency benchmarks established for the position, performing self-checks on all completed work to identify and correct any errors.

  • Queue Management: Complete items within the Data Entry queue in a timely manner, managing your workload effectively to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry and comparison work
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and healthcare terminology
  • Experience working with databases or information management systems
  • Any background in credentialing, compliance, or regulatory documentation is a plus
