Position Overview: What You'll Do

As a Home Services Community Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll serve as the vital link between our network of professional trade contractors and homeowners seeking their services. This dynamic position combines customer service, sales facilitation, and community management to create meaningful connections that benefit all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities


  • Customer & Trade Professional Support (90%): Provide exceptional service through inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat platforms. You'll be the first point of contact for both homeowners seeking services and trade professionals looking to grow their client base.

  • Onboarding & Training: Welcome new trade professionals into the arenaflex Professional Network by ensuring they fully understand our tools, resources, processes, and best practices for achieving high customer satisfaction rates.

  • Deal Facilitation: Work directly with customers to facilitate service quotes, answer questions about available services, and guide them through the process of booking professional help for their home improvement needs.

  • Sales Conversion: Assist in closing deals by matching customer needs with appropriate service providers, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience from initial contact to completed service.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document all customer interactions using our online software platforms. Ensure end-to-end support by conducting research and follow-ups to guarantee the best possible matches between trade professionals and customers.

  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to management about process improvements, customer pain points, and opportunities to enhance the overall service experience.

  • Additional Duties: Support various team initiatives and special projects as assigned by leadership.

Who We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Requirements


  • Must be eighteen years of age or older

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED

  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently

  • Strong desire to learn about home improvement trades, from light repairs and handyman services to landscaping and household maintenance

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
