The Opportunity

Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO. This is a pivotal role enabling senior
leadership to operate efficiently and focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage a complex and fast-moving calendar
● Coordinate meetings, appointments, and priorities
● Arrange domestic and international travel
● Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
● Take meeting notes and track follow-up actions
● Act as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders
● Handle confidential information with discretion
● Support ongoing projects and internal initiatives
● Manage inbox and correspondence

About You
● Proven experience supporting senior executives
● Exceptional organisational and time management skills
● Strong written and verbal communication
● Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google
