As a 3rd shift remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch customer service and support to our valued customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing our CRM software to track customer interactions and update customer information
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Working a 5-day schedule, including evenings and weekends, from 8:00 pm - 5:00 am or 11:00 pm to 8:00 am

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who possesses the following qualifications:
- Must live in Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, or South Carolina only
- Possess their own computer equipment, including: + Laptop or desktop computer+ Two monitors to allow for easy switching between multiple open apps+ Windows 10/11 Pro (not Home or Home S Mode)+ Processor - Intel Core i5, i7, etc. Celeron processors are not recommended+ 8GB Memory / RAM+ Hard Drive Size - Minimum 128GB+ Wired Ethernet connection - wireless connections via WiFi, no Hotspot or 5G+ Internet Speed - Wired internet speed from internet provider needs to be 100 mbps+ Chromebooks and Macs are not acceptable or compatible
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Previous call center customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
