What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As an Organization Security Partner within arenaflex's IT Data Security team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive designing services and support to guarantee the operational sustainability of our critical infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities will span multiple domains of network security and infrastructure management, ensuring that our systems remain resilient, secure, and operational at all times.

Your primary duties will include:


  • Internal, Partner, Vendor, and External Network Security: Provide IT support to secure connectivity between internal networks, partner systems, vendor connections, and external networks accessing arenaflex and tenant applications across multiple critical data center infrastructures.

  • Firewall Hardware and Software Management: Maintain and support firewall hardware and software, including site implementations, inventories, system planning, preventive maintenance, and break/fix services within our mission-critical data center infrastructure.

  • Enterprise Remote Access Security: Support enterprise remote access clients by aligning our client edge security technology with client-installed agents on workstations. You will have the opportunity to work with advanced technologies including Application ID and User ID for granular user identification and access control.

  • Airport Operations Mobile Network Support: Manage and maintain mobile network configurations for airport operations, including Netmotion setup, hardware and software maintenance, site implementations, inventories, system planning, preventive maintenance, and break/fix services in our data center environments.

  • Business Division Consultation: Collaborate with arenaflex's business divisions through consultation services responsible for firewall policies and access control guidance, ensuring security measures align with business objectives.

  • On-Call Emergency Support: Provide functional on-call support of critical facilities and infrastructure components for Network Security, ensuring 24/7 operational readiness and rapid response capabilities.

  • Data Integrity and Continuity: Support the IT DataSecurity division in maintaining the integrity and business continuity of enterprise data and applications through rigorous security monitoring and incident response.

  • Policy Development: Recommend and implement departmental policies, guidelines, standards, and procedures to maintain compliance and operational excellence.

  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with all governing corporate standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining documentation and audit readiness at all times.

  • Project Management: Manage data center and remote communication room standards capital improvements, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Vendor Management: Ensure accurate documentation, obtain the best product and service pricing, and guarantee that vendors meet their contractual obligations.

  • System Administration Expertise: Experience managing and maintaining server infrastructure both on-premises and in cloud environments. You should be comfortable working with hybrid infrastructure models.

  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: The ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to managed security machines and their integration with various systems. Strong analytical skills are a must.

  • Monitoring and Security Analysis: Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing security logs and events to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities before they become critical issues.

  • Vendor Relationship Management: The ability to collaborate effectively with cloud service providers and ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
