  • Utilize Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions, manage inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs), and access customer accounts using Sonar CRM.
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed, collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to improve customer service, identifying areas for growth and implementing process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, ensuring you're equipped to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM).
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
