About the Role

As a Business Analysis Manager within our Worldwide Reporting team at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of our global organization. You'll collaborate closely with specialty unit finance teams to develop comprehensive monthly and quarterly reporting packages tailored for our most senior stakeholders—including the Board of Directors and executive leadership team. Your analytical expertise will be instrumental in delivering consolidated operating margin analyses that inform critical business decisions.

Key Responsibilities


  • Analytical Innovation: Develop creative approaches to complex financial challenges and situations. Conduct thorough research, including external benchmarking, and leverage statistical tools and scenario analysis techniques to guide sound financial business decisions.

  • Strategic Reporting: Design and deliver innovative monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership and Board-level audiences, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to establish targets, deadlines, and comprehensive plans. Lead investigations, measure results, and continuously improve processes to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Consolidated Analysis: Drive and enhance consolidated operating margin analyses, providing deeper insights into financial performance across all business units.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Consult with senior management to present financial data, propose strategic solutions, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Team Leadership: Provide coaching, direction, and leadership to team members to achieve business results. Perform first-level review responsibilities and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development.

  • Change Management: Act as a catalyst for change, helping to drive efficiencies and deliver reporting solutions that evolve with business needs.

Essential Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Moderate to extensive experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, and business planning

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar industry or comparable corporate environment

  • Proven track record of contributing to and leading cross-functional teams

  • Strong ability to make recommendations and effectively influence decision-makers at various organizational levels

  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities
