Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and action-oriented professional to join our Customer Care team as a Remote Customer Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. You will guide customers through the ordering process, resolve post-order issues related to delivery, billing, and shipping, and provide exceptional support for both domestic and international customers.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position with flexible scheduling requirements. Our Customer Care center operates seven days a week, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Candidates must be available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure we continue to deliver outstanding service to our global customer base.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Pre-Sale Inquiries: Respond to customer questions regarding fit, fashion trends and styles, product availability, and special promotions. Guide customers through the online ordering procedure, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

  • Post-Sale Support: Address and resolve post-order inquiries related to delivery, billing, and shipping. Work diligently to ensure customer concerns are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.

  • Multi-Channel Communication: Utilize a range of software tools and platforms to address customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. Maintain professionalism and accuracy across all communication channels.

  • International Support: Assist consumers with both domestic and international concerns by collaborating with external shipping contractors and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery worldwide.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our fashion collections, sizing guides, brand offerings, and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism, finding creative solutions to meet customer needs while maintaining company standards.

  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our customer relationship management system to maintain comprehensive records.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following basic requirements:


  • Education: High school graduation or its equivalent (GED).

  • Experience: Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries. Previous experience in luxury goods or high-end fashion is a plus but not required.

  • Mathematical Skills: Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders accurately.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to clearly and concisely express ideas. Strong active listening skills to understand and interpret customer needs accurately.

  • Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities to handle multiple tasks and inquiries simultaneously.

  • Schedule Flexibility: Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings. Must be available to work various shifts as needed.
