Position Overview: CDP Product Leader
As the CDP Product Leader at arenaflex, you will serve as the technical authority for our Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP), powered by Adobe Experience Platform. This pivotal role bridges the gap between technical implementation and business strategy, ensuring that our CDP infrastructure meets the evolving needs of our organization while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Adobe Experience Platform, from initial configuration and deployment to ongoing optimization and troubleshooting. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding internal teams, advising on best practices, and ensuring that we maximize the value of our customer data investments.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will:
- Platform Management & Governance: Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Adobe Experience Platform Real-time CDP, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.
- Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, features, and optimal usage patterns to internal teams across multiple departments.
- System Integration Support: Collaborate with IT teams and external agencies to ensure seamless integration of the CDP with existing systems and workflows.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to the platform, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
