As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers, processing incoming orders, and resolving customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring sales are captured by responding to customers and entering orders accurately and efficiently in SAP
- Resolving customer inquiries successfully through the use of multiple customer support tools, including conducting research in SAP and/or contacting business units as appropriate
- Maintaining world-class standards by successfully performing against department scorecards and metrics
- Establishing and maintaining world-class customer relations by developing a rapport and actively listening to gain more information where necessary
- Identifying and evaluating opportunities to increase customer retention, maintain customer confidence, and protect operations
- Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs
- No previous experience required, but a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills, diplomacy, and discretion is essential
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines
- Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- 1-2 years previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience in consumer products or distribution industry
