Position Overview: Customer Care Professional

We're seeking dedicated Customer Care Professionals to join our dynamic team in Arizona. What You'll Do Every Day

As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Handling Inbound Customer Inquiries: Professionally manage incoming calls from small business owners and executives, engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their unique needs and challenges.

  • Product Recommendation: Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate arenaflex small business products and services that align with their goals and preferences.

  • Expert Product Knowledge: Deliver comprehensive information about arenaflex products, features, benefits, and services with clarity and confidence.

  • Sales Enablement: Continuously develop and refine consultative selling skills, including rapport building, needs analysis, objection handling, and closing techniques.

  • Exceptional Customer Support: Provide outstanding service by promptly and accurately addressing questions about accounts, products, and services in a fast-paced, organized environment.

  • Documentation & Accuracy: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, account information, and transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.

  • Compliance & Integrity: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to customer service and sales practices, ensuring every interaction meets the highest ethical standards.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications


  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of two years of customer service experience is required, with a strong track record of building customer loyalty through outstanding active listening, consultative relationship building, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated success in a customer service and sales environment for at least two years, with the ability to meet or exceed targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Multitasking & Navigation Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while effectively managing multiple tasks and navigating various online systems and applications.

  • Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills that enable you to convey complex information clearly and professionally.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Previous experience in financial services, fintech, or premium customer support environments.

  • Familiarity with small business financial products and services.
