We're seeking an experienced Customer Engineer to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional technical account management and cloud solutions expertise to our clients. As a key member of our Specialized Outreach team, you'll work closely with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for growth, and develop tailored solutions to drive success.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and design client solutions to meet assembled needs
  • Lead technical projects, technology support, bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical assets
  • Deliver product messaging for the arenaflex Cloud Platform using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents
  • Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice counsel to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud Platform effectiveness
  • Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a client-facing role
  • Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and infrastructure
  • Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, software development, and IT infrastructure
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status
  • Experience designing mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms
  • Experience working with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies
  • Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques
  • Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT innovation space
  • *Skills and Competencies**
