  • *Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Experience Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing active projects to ensure that every engagement meets or exceeds customer expectations
  • Analyzing and generating insights from structured and unstructured data
  • Collaborating with internal teams to review comments and insights, propose changes for implementation, and take action on those that improve the customer experience
  • Scheduling and maintaining trending reports and indicators for key business stakeholders
  • Extracting data from various sources for use in analysis and modeling; completing ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
  • Managing and collaborating with third-party analytics systems to ensure output aligns with strategic goals to enhance the customer experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science
  • At least four years of experience in an analytical position, with a focus on data analysis, statistics, or data visualization
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to develop sound insights across multiple data sources
  • Expertise with quantitative analysis tools and querying relational databases (SQL, SAS, R)
  • Ability to prepare executive-level presentations
  • The initiative, self-motivation, and a strong sense of urgency are essential
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Up to 10% of travel
