As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and industries. Your role will be to provide exceptional support, resolve issues efficiently, and build lasting relationships. You'll work in a collaborative environment, surrounded by a team of like-minded professionals who share your passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- *Responsibilities:**
- Provide customer support via telephone, email, instant message, or other digital channels
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment
- Escalate more technical product-related issues to the appropriate Product Support Specialist
- Process a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolve a targeted percentage of those inquiries
- Troubleshoot customer problems, identify the root cause of the issue, and use tools and resources to determine how to resolve customer problems
- Follow up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solutions and expand overall knowledge
- Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues
- Update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information
- Meet standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time
- Provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- *Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction
- Typing 25 WPM
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
