- Efficiently process product orders, arrange delivery appointments, and process associated payments.
- Ensure all required information for the order is documented accurately in the required systems.
- Resolve any customer concerns about their order.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service.
- Participate in training programs.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Bilingual in Spanish is an asset, but not required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
- Lead by example through positive communication, professional overall demeanor, and time and attendance.
- Able to accept feedback and implement those changes.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize, and have great time management skills.
- Ability to work and produce in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including e-mail, internet, Word, and Excel.
- Reliable internet with 30Mbps download and 10Mbps upload speed, and the ability to connect your assigned computer equipment via Ethernet cable or secured Wi-Fi (WPA2 Personal with a strong password).
