- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, chat, and/or email
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, delivery, products, payments, and website guidance
- Gathering intelligence to prevent potential issues that may impact customer experience and delivery performance
- Communicating effectively with internal and external customers and arenaflex business partners
- Using various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
- Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day and late shifts, and national holidays
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum age of 18 years old
- The right to work in Colombia
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and oral fluency) with an English level of 85% or above
- Proficient computer skills
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 06 am to 11 pm
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace within a dedicated office space with a desk and chair
- A minimum of High-Speed Internet (10 MGB download / 3MBG upload or better broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
