**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer (VOC) Method Transformation and Innovation**

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in delivering first-class customer experiences.

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider space, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique includes the design and programming of customer satisfaction surveys, which comprise over 40 studies, translated into over 10 languages, and deployed in more than 20 countries.
- *Transforming the VOC Method**
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll assist in the transformation and innovation of the VOC method, working closely with Product and Process Owners, Qualtrics Subject Matter Experts, and the Agile Team in Technology. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Duties:
- Collaborating with Utility Teams to outline, build, and capture business needs.
- Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform.
- Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
- Providing large-scale data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels.
- Offering pointers to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
- Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools.
- Proactively identifying and automating routine tasks to improve best and efficiency.
- Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique.
- *Talents and Abilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.
- Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at daily intervals to business groups.
