- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers in Sweden through phone, chat, and/or email
- Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer problems
- Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Working variable hours to match customer demand, including late evenings and day shifts
- Maintaining a quiet, distraction-free workspace and adhering to technical requirements (minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection)
- *What We're Looking For**
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is:
- 18 years old or older
- A resident of The Netherlands with the right to work in the country
- Fluent in Swedish (both written and oral) and basic communication skills in English
- Experienced in working with a computer
- Available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
- Willing and able to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required)
- Able to commit to initial four weeks of full-time training (paid)
- Able to maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
