  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Internet Business Part Administration Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
  • Proficiency with writing (minimum 30 wpm) and exceptional communication skills required
