Our Chat team is a unique group of people-focused experts who are dedicated to customer experience and setting the bar for quality care. We are a team of tenured professionals who are universally trained in most US Commercial-Medical products, including Medical (Proclaim, Facets, PMHS), Dental (DPPO and DHMO), Pharmacy (OneRx), and iCSA (website support/navigation/password resets).   • *Primary Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Chat Senior Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Helping customers and healthcare providers understand our business better by answering questions and resolving issues related to prior authorization status, claims, benefit coverage, and medical and dental procedures.
  • Providing robust customer support with various and sometimes complex inquiries in one-stop, helping to reduce transfers and wait times.
  • Advocating for our customers' health and wellness by educating them on disease management programs and making recommendations on healthy living programs.
  • Managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously within our Chat platform, requiring attention to detail and technological savvy.
  • Taking ownership of inquiries and issues and doing your best to resolve them the first time, every time.
  • *Key Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of Call Center experience, with a strong background in customer service and problem-solving.
  • Thorough technical knowledge in Medical terminology, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, human connection/empathy, researching, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated oral, written, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience with time management, excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and customer-centric.
