The Role: Customer Service & Client Relations Specialist

This is an exciting hybrid opportunity that blends customer service excellence with sales development and territory management. You'll be responsible for driving early-stage growth in your assigned market, building critical client relationships, and establishing arenaflex as the go-to staffing solution in your territory. You'll begin with a curated list of prospective clients that you can activate easily, thanks to our approved contracts with parent companies. But that's just the beginning – you'll also have the opportunity to bring on new clients, expand our network, and make your mark in your market. This role offers the perfect blend of structure and autonomy, allowing you to build your territory while working independently from your home office.

Key Responsibilities


  • Client Acquisition & Sales: Close new clients in your assigned market by identifying prospects, understanding their staffing needs, and presenting arenaflex solutions that address their unique challenges.

  • Stakeholder Outreach: Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies including email campaigns, cold calls, and potential walk-ins to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

  • Relationship Development: Cultivate prospects into long-term customers through consistent follow-up, personalized communication, and exceptional service from the very first interaction.

  • Onboarding & Documentation: Efficiently onboard new clients by gathering location information, setting up accounts, and ensuring a seamless transition to the arenaflex platform.

  • CRM Management: Document all stakeholder interactions, sales activities, and client information in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and enable data-driven decision making.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service that turns new clients into lifetime customers and advocates for arenaflex.

  • Market Establishment: Play a critical role in establishing arenaflex's presence in your location by prospecting, pitching, and closing new business accounts.

  • Pipeline Alignment: Ensure that our recruiting pipeline is aligned with your sales pipeline, creating a seamless experience for clients when they need to fill positions.

  • Networking: Actively network within your community and industry to expand arenaflex's presence, build referral relationships, and generate new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications


  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience is required. You should be comfortable with the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You must be able to articulate arenaflex's value proposition clearly and persuasively.

  • Self-Motivation: This role is partially remote, so you need to be comfortable working independently and staying productive without constant supervision.
