What You Will Do in This Role
As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Property and Casualty), you'll work from home and:
- Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs – Develop deep understanding of each customer's unique situation, preferences, and requirements through empathetic listening and strategic questioning techniques.
- Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing – Provide expert guidance on various insurance products, explaining complex policy details in simple terms while helping customers find coverage that fits their budget and protection needs.
- Process new and/or amended enrollments – Efficiently handle end-to-end enrollment processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all documentation.
- Ensure our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences – Create meaningful connections with every interaction, building trust and loyalty through genuine care and personalized service.
- Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile – Represent arenaflex with enthusiasm and professionalism, turning every customer interaction into a positive brand ambassador moment.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance products – Stay current on industry trends, policy changes, and competitive offerings to provide the most accurate recommendations.
- Meet and exceed performance targets – Achieve sales goals, customer satisfaction metrics, and quality standards while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Document customer interactions accurately – Maintain detailed records in CRM systems to ensure seamless follow-up and continuity of service.
- Resolve customer concerns with first-call resolution – Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development – Engage in continuous learning to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Essential Requirements:
- Active resident license to sell P&C insurance – You must hold a valid Property and Casualty insurance license in your state of residence.
- Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence – This is a remote position requiring a U.S.-based residence.
- High school diploma or GED – Minimum educational requirement.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen – Must meet arenaflex's comprehensive screening requirements.
- Fluent in English – Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States – In accordance with federal law, only applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly valued and may qualify you for a bilingual differential.
- Prior insurance sales experience – Background in Property and Casualty, life, health, or other insurance verticals.
- Customer service excellence – Demonstrated track record of providing outstanding customer experiences.
- Sales acumen – Natural ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into satisfied customers.
- Technical proficiency – Comfortable with CRM software, VoIP systems, and multiple digital platforms.
