Your Role as a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative

As a remote Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for Property and Casualty insurance, you'll be the voice of arenaflex – and more importantly, the trusted advisor our customers need when navigating their insurance options. Essential Qualifications


  • Active Property and Casualty Insurance License: You must hold a valid resident license to sell P&C insurance in the United States. This is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.

  • Residency: You must currently reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence. This is a remote position performed from your home office.

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are strongly encouraged to apply and may receive additional compensation.

  • Background Check: Must be able to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance-related roles
