In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the technical backbone of our end-to-end Voice of Customer (VOC) program, working closely with product owners, subject matter experts, and agile technology teams to build robust data architectures that transform raw customer feedback into actionable business intelligence. What You'll Do

As our Senior Voice of Customer Data Architect, you'll play a critical role in transforming how arenaflex captures, processes, and leverages customer feedback. Your technical expertise and strategic thinking will drive innovation across our Voice of Customer program, ensuring we stay ahead in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Architect Data Solutions: Design and build robust data model architectures to support optimal data processing and standardized metric definitions across the Voice of Customer ecosystem

  • Platform Development: Support the development and maintenance of our new Voice of Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Qualtrics survey and dashboard platform

  • Big Data Engineering: Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies including Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python

  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with application teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, translating functional requirements into technical deliverables

  • Data Transformation: Grow knowledge of Voice of Customer methods and leverage the same to transform data within the Cornerstone big data platform

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels

  • Performance Optimization: Offer guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the big data ecosystem

  • Story Development: Power consumer story analysis and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and build automation tools

  • Process Automation: Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and operational efficiency

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams from across the organization to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a technically accomplished professional who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about turning customer data into business impact. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Essential Qualifications:


  • Technical Experience: Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, with development, launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven projects for a span of not less than 3 years

  • Requirement Translation: Active collaboration with relationship managers/product owners for understanding functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables

  • Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups

  • Data Architecture: Strong background in designing and building data model architectures to support optimal processing and standardized definitions

  • Big Data Technologies: Proficiency in Hadoop ecosystem components including HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, and Spark

  • Programming Skills: Advanced Python development skills for data processing and automation

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with Qualtrics survey platform implementation and integration

  • Knowledge of Voice of Customer methodologies and customer experience analytics

  • Experience with real-time data streaming technologies

  • Background in consumer research or customer feedback analysis

  • Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks

  • Experience working in multi-cultural, global teams
