- Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, including our CRM and other web-based applications
- Resolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process, ensuring a positive experience for our clients' members or customers
- Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics, demonstrating your commitment to excellence
- Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision-making, ensuring that our clients' interests are always top of mind
- Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our clients and their customers
- Accept and embrace changes within the current business environment, demonstrating your adaptability and flexibility
- Be responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as required
- *Experience Required for Your Success**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least a High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year call center experience required
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required
- Minimum of 2 years Computer Experience in a work environment
- Tech support experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple windows or within web-based applications
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Dedicated area to work from in your home
- Internet speed requirement of 50 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wired access is required)
