As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' members or customers, answering inbound phone calls and chats, and resolving customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process. You'll also have the opportunity to work with multiple systems simultaneously, navigate between multiple windows or within web-based applications, and analyze and troubleshoot issues.
- *Responsibilities**
- Handles a high volume of incoming calls/chats
- Gathers customer information, assesses, and fulfills customer needs
- Educates customers regarding tax preparation products and services
- Utilizes and navigates multiple systems simultaneously
- Resolves customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
- Meets or exceeds company and client performance metrics
- Maintains a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision making
- Evaluates and identifies opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers
- Accepts and embraces changes within the current business environment
- Is responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as required

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- **At least a High School diploma or equivalent**: You'll need a solid educational foundation to succeed in this role.
- **Minimum of 1 year call center experience required**: You'll need experience working in a call center environment to succeed in this role.
- **Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required**: You'll need experience providing customer service to succeed in this role.
- **Minimum of 2 years Computer Experience in work environment**: You'll need experience working with computers to succeed in this role.
- **Tech support experience is strongly preferred**: You'll need experience providing technical support to succeed in this role.
- **Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple windows or within web-based applications**: You'll need to be able to handle multiple tasks and navigate complex systems.
- **Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues**: You'll need to be able to analyze and resolve complex issues.
- **Strong written and oral communication skills**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- **Problem-solving skills**: You'll need to be able to think critically and solve problems.
