  • *Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary interface between our Business Unit and assigned customers, ensuring effective communication and feedback on customer orders and associated activities.
  • Coordinating project personnel to specific phases or aspects of projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Preparing interim and completion program schedules, status reports, and budget reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Monitoring projects for task requests that represent a change in program scope, identifying cost/schedule impacts, and working with contracts managers to negotiate equitable adjustments.
  • Collaborating with the Contracts & Customer Service Director to service and manage order processing/entry, resolution of issues, and customer portal alignment and maintenance.
  • Interacting with internal organizations to proactively resolve customer issues and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and submitting quotes to customers as required.
  • Supporting Lean process improvement initiatives, including standard work development/maintenance and participating in associated projects.
  • Providing timely resolution on customer order processing, customer inquiries, customer order tracking/reporting, RFQ submittals and status, short flows (expedites), AOG/Spares, A/R Disputes, RMA coordination and processing.
  • Communicating with outside Sales personnel to ensure awareness of and alignment with arenaflex goals and customer needs.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer to drive all functions within the Business Unit to ensure high customer satisfaction and scorecard ratings.
  • Scheduling and managing cross-functional meetings for customer issue resolution.
  • Making recommendations to Management on customer opportunities and issues.
  • *What We Look For**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 5-7 years of related experience in customer service, customer support, or a related field.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Experience in Customer Purchase Order Review/Entry and Fulfillment, with a strong customer-facing support background and experience in the day-to-day management of a defined customer account base.
  • Strong background in Contract review, administration, and flow down, with the ability to review and interpret Customer Purchase Orders, RFQ's, and other requirements flowed through customer contract documents.
  • Proven team player with the ability to effectively relate to all levels of an organization.
  • Self-directed with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
