As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls from new and existing clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services, as well as resolving customer complaints and concerns
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call types, customer feedback, and follow-up actions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely solutions
- Meeting and exceeding customer service standards, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise emails, reports, and other documents
- Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns
- A clear and professional speaking voice, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
- Experience with SAP or other customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
- Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus
- Ability to navigate information systems and internet
- Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar
- Ability to connect hardwire/ethernet, with no hotspots/WiFi
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Medical-related background, including medical billing, claims experience, or in-office experience in a medical setting
- Insurance experience
- Previous experience in the optical industry
- SAP experience
- Bilingual French speaking skills
