As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through order taking, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

The physical demands of this role include:

  • Lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Climbing stairs or ladders to change prices on signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance
  • Stooping, bending, and crouching to stock shelves, clean low areas, and perform other tasks
  • Reaching, including reaching above 72" to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on signs, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Valid U.S. employment authorization that allows you to work in the United States of America
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
