As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Advocating for Providers**: Demonstrate accountability and ownership to resolve issues and advocate for providers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • **Multichannel Service**: Provide exceptional service to providers through multiple channels, including phone and chat, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • **Triage and Resolution**: Triage contacts from healthcare professionals and address their needs in a timely and efficient manner, resolving complex issues and escalating when necessary.
  • **Research and Resolution**: Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • **Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

  • **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
  • **Age Requirement**: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • **Customer Service Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in analyzing and solving customer concerns.
  • **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn complex systems.
  • **Typing Speed and Accuracy**: Ability to type at a speed of 35-40+ WPM with 90% accuracy.
