• *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and building strong relationships with customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Validating ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
• Ensuring accuracy of PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry as the front line for data entry
• Checking and validating accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
• Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
• Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process
• Supporting Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails, and fax
• Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing process
• Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies

• *What You Need**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years' relevant work experience
• Experience as an account representative (desired)
• Proficiency in Oracle (desired)
