As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a starring role in our efforts to provide accurate and responsive service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to every caller, building trust and creating sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication. You'll apply your problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations, ensuring empathetic resolution and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

  • Work directly with arenaflex members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing an outstanding experience.
  • Provide exceptional service to every caller by building trust and creating sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.
  • Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations.
  • Effectively handle customer concerns by utilizing available resources to provide accurate information and ensure empathetic resolution, while keeping records of all interactions and changes.
  • Confidentially handle policy owner information and ensure compliance and communication standards are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure thorough and timely resolutions for all members.

  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position, with a high value placed on the customer/member experience; insurance/call center experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  • Technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies desired.
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, and knowledge of various insurance products preferred.
  • Completion of insurance industry or LOMA coursework preferred.
  • High School Diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced contact center environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
