About This Role: Customer Service Representative (On-Site)

As an On-Site Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador for some of the world's most recognizable brands. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers through multiple channels including inbound and outbound telephone communications, live chat, email support, and digital platforms. You'll be the voice and face of our clients, delivering resolutions to routine problems and answering questions about products and services with professionalism, empathy, and expertise.

This role is based at our Valdosta, Georgia location and requires candidates to reside within a 40-mile radius of the site. We believe in the power of face-to-face collaboration and the connections that happen when our team members work together under one roof.

What You'll Do


  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Support: Handle inbound customer inquiries with patience, accuracy, and a genuine desire to help. Each interaction is an opportunity to exceed expectations and create a memorable experience.

  • Technical Issue Resolution: Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to client products and services. You'll be empowered with the training and tools needed to diagnose problems and provide effective solutions.

  • Billing Excellence: Help customers navigate billing concerns, answer questions about charges, and resolve billing discrepancies with accuracy and transparency.

  • Multi-Channel Communication: Engage with customers via telephone, email, chat, and other digital platforms. Adapt your communication style to meet the unique needs of each customer interaction.

  • Product & Service Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of our clients' products and services, enabling you to provide accurate information and confident guidance to every customer.

  • Documentation & Follow-Up: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring seamless handoffs and follow-up when needed.

  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for process improvements and share best practices with your team to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications


  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (preferred, but we welcome eager learners with the right attitude)

  • Location: Must reside within 40 miles of our Valdosta, Georgia facility

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong PC knowledge and demonstrated ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems

  • Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays during peak periods

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the capacity to think on your feet and find solutions under pressure

Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous experience in technical support or troubleshooting environments

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and helpdesk software

  • Experience in a call center or customer contact environment

  • Knowledge of billing systems and payment processing

  • Multi-language capabilities (a plus, but not required)
