We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Fresno, CA location. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering incoming calls, and communicating with clients in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner. This is an onsite position only, with no remote work options available.

  • Transfer calls accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers

  • Utilize Microsoft Office to manage customer interactions and data

  • High school diploma required
  • Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal communication skills (phone etiquette)
