As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, proper follow-up, and resolution to client inquiries or issues. You'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations and builds loyalty.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers with product questions, ordering, order tracking, complaints, and problems
- Enter orders into the system for billing and delivery
- Prepare quotes and coordinate mailings of literature and samples
- Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch
- Retrieve needed information for the credit department
- Issue credits or debits accurately when applicable
- Set up new customers for sales force
- Answer incoming calls
- Take sales orders from sales representatives and customers by phone, fax, and email
- Run credit card and check approvals
- Categorize, file, and maintain paperwork for audit purposes and file all customer records
- Print and distribute e-mailed customer purchase orders
- Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job as needed
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable related experience
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Basic math skills and experience with a multi-line phone system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to multi-task
- Pleasant phone personality and ability to sit for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive motions of the wrist, hands, and fingers to use a computer and keyboard
- Bending and some lifting
- Extensive writing and phone use
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
