As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
  • Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers with personalized support and attention to detail
  • Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while working in a fast-paced environment

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pet care or pharmacy setting
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and think critically to provide solutions

  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed to meet business demands
  • Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
