We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing exceptional service to our clients and driving sales growth through inbound calls, emails, and chats. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing inbound inquiries, building rapport with potential customers, and promoting our pet insurance products.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents for the purpose of selling pet insurance policies
  • Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently
  • Handle all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times
  • Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of arenaflex's brand and our pet insurance products
  • Build strong knowledge of products and services offered
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
  • *Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills**
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Proven attendance reliability
  • Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Current active resident property and casualty insurance license in a minimum of 35 states (General P&C, not Personal Lines)
  • Licenses must remain active throughout the duration of the assignment
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment
  • Insurance industry sales experience
  • Service industry and/or Contact Center experience
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with deadlines
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills
  • Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections
  • Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail
  • Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet
