- *Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS, and chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with arenaflex's service standards.
- Analyzing customer service needs and communicating with service and technical departments when applicable.
- Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as those of assigned clients.
- Resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates for card holders.
- Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases.
- Escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments.

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. If you have:
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Typically no relevant experience required (training will be provided)
- *Desired Skills and Capabilities**
- Acquires and applies job skills and learns arenaflex policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks.
- Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes.
- Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in decision-making.
- Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments.
- Works under close supervision.
