- Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
- Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed.
- Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience.
- Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs.
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns.

- Previous customer service experience, with a comfort level in sitting in front of a computer for the majority of your shift.
