  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Customer Assistance**: Providing timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, chat, and CRM platforms, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
