To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls, ensuring that each interaction is efficient and effective.
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the ability to type 25 words per minute (wpm) or higher.
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
