We're seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Work-From-Home Customer Service Representatives! As a temporary representative, you'll be the friendly voice welcoming customers to arenaflex, placing orders, and answering questions – all from the comfort of your home office. We take calls from 8AM-8PM every day and expect to extend this to 10PM during our peak calling season from Thanksgiving until Christmas.

- Flexible scheduling: Prioritizing candidates with maximum availability, we require at least 24 hours of weekly availability. Additionally, we need our employees to be available to work on our busiest days of Mondays & Tuesdays as well as at least one weekend day.

- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide excellent customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Process orders, handle returns, and resolve any related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
