This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a competitive salary of $26-$36 per hour.

Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be responsible for:



  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective issue resolution and follow-up

  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:
