As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues based on incoming telephone member contacts
- Utilize compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and timely documentation of member interactions
- Provide empathetic and member-centric service, exceeding our members' expectations and ensuring that every member is shown respect, kindness, and all questions are thoroughly answered/resolved
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide seamless service to our members
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to provide informed and accurate service to our members
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate, with a strong understanding of the importance of patient-centered care
- Ability to apply patience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills, with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
- High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
- Or, equivalent military experience

- Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
