As an Experienced Customer Support Agent, you will:

  • Help individuals with their pharmacy benefit plans
  • Accept inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail order solutions
  • Provide the necessary solutions to assist our members in better understanding their coverage and options

  • *Work from Home Flexibility**

We offer work-from-home flexibility if you meet the requirements. Telecommute rules include maintaining your internet with approved speed requirements, a secure workspace free from distractions, and successful completion of the training program. Adherence to HIPAA and regulatory compliance is expected in this role. We have a comprehensive training program to ensure your success in the team. This includes local training of about 1.5 months. Training is designed to allow you to experience hands-on learning while also working with coaches, independent modules, and service commitment from day one! Training locations can vary by individual experience in on-site and WFH positions.

Our plan options are designed to make an adaptable schedule for work for those adjusting needs in and beyond work. We are currently offering part-time schedules starting at 20 hours per week. Days off and hours may vary. Planned start times will differ and pivot to help business needs. Site hours are 6 am-11 pm local time, 7 days a week.

  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers (e.g., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
  • PC capability in Windows-based applications
