Key Responsibilities

- Delivering Outstanding Support: Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, and systems with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. Ensure each interaction leaves the employee feeling valued and satisfied.

- Policy Guidance: Provide clear, concise, and accurate information about HR policies, guidelines, and procedures. Help employees understand their rights, benefits, and responsibilities within the organization.
- Leave and Time-Off Management: Assist employees with understanding leave policies, processing time-off requests, and navigating related HR systems. Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in accordance with company policy.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve employee concerns in a timely manner, balancing empathy with the need to enforce policies consistently. Escalate complex issues to appropriate HR partners when necessary.
- Data Entry and Documentation: Process HR transactions with precision, including data entry, documentation, and maintenance of employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
