- *What You'll Do:**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests
- Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and center partners, and following up as necessary to resolve issues
- Completing data entry of solutions into arenaflex healthcare software
- Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
- Working with empathy, attention, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness to clients and partners alike
- Working with a willingness to learn and grow, and being open to feedback and development opportunities
- Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone (and occasionally other stations) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts
- Expecting a significant portion of the average business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts
- *What You'll Need:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Exhibit excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Be able to perform multiple tasks (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
- Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out enough to be noticed to detail
- Have experience with Microsoft Office
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable
- Possess decisive reasoning abilities
- Have demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to adapt to change as per the business needs of the organization
- Be flexible with your schedule and willing to stay at work longer than required depending on the situation by the specialty unit
- Be able to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data
