As a Customer Support Representative on our Intuit TurboTax program, you'll be responsible for providing customer support via phone, chat, and/or video chat. Your interactions will focus on software navigation and locating previous tax returns and amendments. To succeed in this role, you'll need to provide an empathetic approach to customer interactions, leveraging critical thinking and multi-tasking capabilities and escalating while necessary.
